The one habit: answers run on your live data, so treat any load-bearing number (a reorder quantity, a customer balance) as a first draft. Click through to the full report and confirm before you commit.
Be specific about dates. "This month" gets interpreted on the fly. If the range is off, restate it plainly, like "March 1 to March 31, 2026."
