Money Down on Anything

Add in-stock items to a special order, take a deposit, add a discount, add a return, and hand it over in pieces. One ticket, start to finish.

The three moments that matter

1

Add any product

Drop in-stock items, and even a return, onto the same special-order ticket.

Special orders → Edit

2

Take a deposit

Money held against the whole order until they come back for it.

Deposit control on the ticket

3

Hand it over in pieces

Close out what they take today, the rest stays on the ticket.

Closeout mode → quantity

Run one, start to finish

  1. Attach the customer, add the special-orderable product, and Save the sale.
  2. Confirm the negative-count check. It lands under the Special orders tab.
  3. Open the special order, Edit, and add in-stock items, a deposit, a discount, or a return.
  4. Closeout what they take today, then charge the rest when the order lands.

What is new

Any product, one ticket

In-stock items, discounts, and returns can all ride on a special order now. Take one deposit that covers the lot, and close it out in pieces.

Buyers list stays clean: the in-stock items and returns you add do not show up on your Buyers list. That list is only the goods you are actually ordering in from a vendor.
Good to know: there still needs to be a special-order item on the ticket to take a deposit. Deposits and partial pickups are coming to drafts, quotes, and will-calls next.
