Getting Started with Rundoo · Setup

One Tag, One Price

Tag a product line once, write a single rule on a rule-based tier, and every tagged item prices itself off Tier 1. No item-by-item editing.

The whole idea, in three moves

1

Tag the line

Group products that cross vendors and departments.

A product tag on each item

2

Write one rule

Add it to a rule-based pricing tier.

Discount off Tier 1

3

Rings automatically

Every tagged item, zero counter work.

Right price, every sale

Set it up in 5 steps

  1. AdminCustomerPricing tiers.
  2. Open your rule-based tier, like Contractor.
  3. In Rules, click Add new rule, apply by Product tag.
  4. Pick the tag, set Discount off Tier 1, then Save.
  5. Refresh, then check an item under Products.

Two things to remember

Untagged? Tier 1 price.

An item caught by two rules takes the lowest price.

Refresh after Save: the new rule drops into the Rules table once you reload the page.
Rule-based only: a tier's type is locked at creation, so tag rules live on rule-based tiers, never on manual ones.
