Right Cost, Right Count
Before go-live, open a product you know cold and confirm three numbers came over clean: on-hand count, cost, and price levels. Flag anything that looks off to your Rundoo guide.
Check these three, in order

On-hand count
In the ballpark is fine. The exact count lands on the go-live sync.
Inventory tab

Cost
Drives your margins, so it matters most. Watch for a $0 cost.
Costs tab

Price levels
Your retail price plus any contractor or volume tiers you use.
Pricing tab
Do the spot-check
- Open Products, then click a top seller you could price in your sleep.
- Walk the Inventory, Costs, and Pricing tabs.
- Looks right? Move on. Looks off? Flag it, don't fix it.
The two red flags
$0 cost · Duplicate item
A $0 cost that should be real, or the same item listed twice. Note it and tell your guide.
Flag, don't fix: note the product's Primary ID from the top of its detail page and send your guide exactly what you see. They correct it on Rundoo's side so the fix survives your final overnight sync.
Don't run a count to "fix" a number. A full inventory count done wrong can zero items out. A ballpark on-hand today is expected; the accurate count comes over the night you go live.
