Check stock in 3 steps

  1. In POS → Products, search by name, number, or barcode. Click the row.
  2. It opens on History. Click the Inventory tab.
  3. Read On hand, On order, Committed by location. Click a row to set Min / Max and Save.

The three stock numbers

On hand is on the shelf now. On order is on the way from a vendor. Committed is spoken for, like a will-call, still here but not for resale.

Min is the trigger, Max is the target. When On hand plus On order drops below Min, Rundoo flags a reorder and proposes enough to fill back up to Max. Set them per location; a location left at Min 0, Max 0 never triggers.
Editing On hand? It creates a variance, not a receiving. For end-of-month stocktakes use Inventory counts; bring new stock in with a purchase order.
