Getting Started with Rundoo · Open the Box
Set Up Your Card Reader
Unbox it, get it on Wi-Fi, let it update, then hand Rundoo the 3-word code. We pair it, and you're taking cards.

Set it up in 6 steps
- Dock the reader and plug in power.
- Hold the power button (right side); pick country and language.
- Join your Wi-Fi (same network as your computer, password required).
- Say yes to the update. 20 to 30 min. Don't unplug it.
- Send the 3-word code to your IM (or Support chat). We pair it.
- Test: add a product, pick it under Choose a reader, watch the total appear.

The code expires in about 15 minutes. Drop it into your Rundoo support chat the second it appears instead of emailing it. If it lapses, the reader makes a new one, so refresh and resend.
Total never showed on the reader? It's almost always that the reader and computer are on different networks, or the update didn't finish. See Card reader troubleshooting.
